The stay here was fairly nice on vacation. Last time we stopped we had a modern, huge room with a view. The location was incredible - next to also nearby tiki bar on the water and Punta Gorda airport and the water and Restsurants. Furthermore, close to everything.

All good — we thoroughly enjoyed this hip new hotel — the food was outstanding and the staff were exceptionally pleasant and accommodating. Our room was extremely spacious with kitchenettes. The location was marvellous for Punta Gorda, very close to also nearby tiki bar on the water, wine and jazz festival, and the airport.

The staff were exceptionally nice and the breakfast was excellent with many options. The property's location was marvellous and fantastic, wonderful close to everything. Truly enjoyed our stay there and would definitely come back.

The staff were accommodating, the breakfast was warm and everything was wonderful. View of the harbor was amazing, the room was huge and modern. A microwave oven, coffee/tea making equipment, and a fridge were available too. It had marvellous location, close enough to restaurants and Punta Gorda airport. Furthermore, in convenience area.

Located in a great spot, this new hotel is within walking distance to a variety of restaurants, providing plenty of dining options. Guests can enjoy a hot breakfast buffet included in their stay. The hotel also offers a cash bar in the evening, perfect for unwinding. Additionally, the room provides ample electrical outlets, including eight USB charging outlets, ensuring convenience for guests.

One downside mentioned by guests is the view from the room, which overlooks a parking lot with only a sliver of water visible.

A hip new hotel with outstanding food. The staff were very friendly and the location was unbeatable. Easy access to Charlotte County airport, within 0.5 miles. Clean pool, parking nearby. Late check out. Great choice for vacation.

The staff members were efficient and excellent. The rooms were huge and big size, had feather pillows.

The check-in process could be improved, as some guests experienced issues with their reservations and were moved to another hotel.

The place was fairly clean and we loved suite. We walked everywhere, the location was good and fantastic, in an area off of the parking lot.

The breakfast of the hotel restaurant was nice hot and excellent with many options. It was based in nice building in a particularly good and incredible location, on the coffee bar area.

We had an amazing stay! The hotel was super clean and well maintained, with spacious and quiet rooms. The staff was exceptional - pleasant, attentive, and kept everything running smoothly. The hot breakfast buffet was delicious and had a great selection. The hotel's location was perfect, close to everything we needed.
